It's right on the Calatagan beach; just 7 footsteps from the house to begin tanning in the sunbed. Banak House is right in front of the Calatagan Marine Sanctuary, Conserve & Protect" where guests can freely walk into the sea from their bedrooms and begin snorkeling or diving to see the 40 or so fish-home pyramids beneath. The property is just 20 minutes from Punta Baluarte Golf Club, 3 minutes from Playa de Calatagan, and 2 minutes from the Punta Santiago lighthouse. The house has hosted several families who return regularly and have created fond memories together. Descriptively, the main house has two bedrooms; each with four post canopied beds and their own en suite bathrooms. It also has a large exquisite sala, couches, and lounges. A kitchen and a large barbeque area are also at a guest's disposal. The blue cottage has a super king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, personal veranda and kitchenette. In total there are 7 beds spread across 3 rooms but the house fits about 10-12 people comfortably with the additional cots. It's a great property for people who are looking for an intimate beach experience to build memories on. The house's caretakers are on hand to assist you with your needs and there is a loft and bathroom for any accompanying help that you may bring.
